From the first scan, through to the delivery at the Mater Mother’s Private Hospital, and even after your baby is born, Dr Cheung will be there to gently guide you through this beautiful experience to ensure a healthy pregnancy and birth.

Dr Cheung understands that the obstetric experience is special and unique for each pregnant woman. For this reason, she provides personalised care that respects the needs and desires of her patients while ensuring the safety of both mother and baby.  She’ll be with you every step of the way.

Working in consultation with a multidisciplinary team of medical specialists, Dr Cheung has delivered over thousands of healthy babies and looked after many different kinds of pregnancies from low-risk to high-risk, including managing complex medical problems.

To ensure constant medical care and support throughout your pregnancy, Dr Cheung works with a team of four other experienced female Obstetricians to provide a 24/7 round the clock service.

Your baby will be delivered exclusively at the Mater Mother’s Private Hospital, which is a family-friendly environment.  It is Australia’s largest private maternity and newborn facility with single suites that accommodate your partner as well.  The Mater Mother’s Hospital also has one of the biggest and most experienced Neonatal Critical Care Units in Australia, with 79 cot spaces which can provide intensive care as well as special care to new born babies.
